Allen Park Kids & Students
Southpoint Kids - Sundays

During all Sunday services, kids in 5th grade and younger can enjoy specially designed programs in a fun, secure, loving environment. (Learn more about those below.) Outside the service times, we have many more resources to help your family grow together, like the monthly Family Focus page!
Our computer check-in system allows for safe and secure pick-up of your child. It also allows us to page you to inform you if your child needs you during service. Every Kids Ministry worker has had a background check and training. Our trained Security Team is always on patrol in the facility providing yet another safeguard. If you’re attending Southpoint for the first time, please Pre-Register and arrive about ten minutes prior to the service so your kids don’t miss any of the fun!
In our Nursery, newborns and toddlers are gently cared for by loving adults and youth in a clean, quality environment, while parents attend worship. Preschool children discover biblical truths through songs, stories, and play. Memory verses and Bible stories teach them how to live for Jesus every day.
After energetic worship, kids meet in grade-level groups to learn about the Bible at their level. Through activities, opening up God’s Word, discussions, and games, kids learn to apply what they learn to their everyday lives. After starting with large group worship in the main room, these kids have their own fun place to build relationships with one another and with God. Studying God’s Word in interactive ways lays the foundation for kids at this age to make a decision to follow Jesus daily.

Southpoint Students
Our Shift Team is dedicated to helping students encounter Jesus NOW in a way that continues into their next phase of life. From our weekly meetings, small groups, camps, events, and mission trips, everything we do is about connecting Students from 6th-12th grade to Jesus and one another. Our high school and middle school students regularly meet on Sunday evenings from 6:30-8:30 pm at the Allen Park facility. Click Here for information about our current teaching series.
