Trenton Kids & Students
Southpoint Kids - Sundays

During all Sunday services, kids in 5th grade and younger can enjoy specially designed programs in a fun, secure, loving environment. (Learn more about those below.) Outside the service times, we have many more resources to help your family grow together, like the monthly FX: Family Experience page!
Our computer check-in system allows for safe and secure pick-up of your child. It also allows us to page you to inform you if your child needs you during service. Every Kids Ministry team member has had a background check and training. Our trained Security Team is always on patrol in the facility providing yet another safeguard. If you’re attending Southpoint for the first time, please Pre-Register and arrive about ten minutes prior to the service. Our Kids Team would love to meet and welcome your family and share a special first-time gift with your children!
In our Nursery, newborns and toddlers are gently cared for by loving adults and youth in a clean, quality environment, while parents attend worship. Preschool children discover biblical truths through songs, stories, and play. Memory verses and Bible stories teach them how to live for Jesus every day.
After energetic worship, our K-5 kids meet in grade-level groups to learn about the Bible at their level. Through activities, opening up God’s Word, discussions, and games, kids have their own fun place to build relationships with one another and God and learn to apply what they learn to their everyday lives. Studying God’s Word in interactive ways lays the foundation for kids at this age to make a decision to follow Jesus daily.

Southpoint Students
Our 6th-12th grade students are bombarded daily with cultural and worldly influences. Our goal at Shift is to show them how they can live and interact with the world but still make wise, Godly choices by creating an environment that encourages them to "BElieve, BElong, and BE you." Each unique space is specifically designed to give them time for community, worship, fun, games, a message centered on Biblical truth, and gender and age-specific small groups where they can connect with others, wrestle with their questions, and see what it looks like to apply God's word in their everyday lives.
We recognize that the unique needs, characteristics, and perspectives of our students change as they move through middle school and then into high school. In our efforts to create environments best suited for each phase of life, we offer separate opportunities for each grade level:
Middle schoolers (6th-8th grade) meet from 4-6 pm on Sundays
High schoolers (9th-12th grade) meet from 6:30-8:30 pm on Sundays
